I SAY: As promise, here are some of my Taiwan Pixs... 24th Jun 2005... So we landed on Taiwan Land safe and sound, breathed the air a little bit and grabbed a taxi...  Taxi Ride to Hotel...Woohoo!!....Hahaha...the language is so foreign to me!!!!  Yay!!! our first and certainly not the last traffic jam...  We arrived at Ximen Ding, booked into Rainbow hotel and had my first hug of Takeshi The Board (hehehe to protect me from the rage of his fans, I've decided to remove myself from the pix...) Had my first food that's if you call it a food... Mango Ice Cream or some sorta Sorbet...and then walked around the streets in awe...  See this street where people are walking all over them. It is also actually street for the vehicles. How cool is that!!!  An adidas shop... So simple yet so eye-catching..  Gosh... I love all their shops here.. They have so much actor/ess and singers endorsing their products... I was so star struck (*_*)...Here's Edison doing his part for Maltose...  Can't remember having any bricky building in Singapore...So here's a glimpse of them in Taipei...  So into the night we spent exploring, and people kept pouring into the streets...Felt like I was in Far East Plaza but better... Was getting hungry by the minute and all I'm thinking is the soup that I'm gonna make in the hotel...God must be looking after me as look at what did we bumped into..  A Turkish man selling halal kebab... Had a little chat with him..Found out he's been there for 10 yrs. So I had my first real food.. hehehe by the way he gave me the kebab for free... Adventure to be continued...  |
