I SAY: SCREAM SCREAM SCREAM SCREAM let me just say this...why is shinigami trying to make my life difficult... i couldn't believe it that he would not let me go on my three day course... that is starting tomorrow...i was planning to wake up late but now it's all gone... he even say to cancel it...he will ask HR to reschedule it... yes i know that there are pending work to be done... but seriously was that all my fault?... seriously if you want me to drive it... don't dictate me... don't keep asking question that i can't ans without me going down the ground... i can do it okai...i know i have to see the big picture... oh ya i'm seeing it that's why i'm instructing people to do it... you ask me to go meeting and discuss about the list but then u ask me to ask someone else to drive it later... c'mon...don't twist instructions...i'm already stressed enough with too many people leaving... and leaving me, the most senior in the department to man the fort... and who else can i ask to drive the list when all the people i have on hand are DAMN new... NEW senior, NEW junior...YAH i cant do so much task at one go... lemme see what's on my hand now 1) Daily stock count...now on hold 2) Daily MSS to be issued and kept within 3days KPI...supposed to hand over to the new senior 3) Consumable consumption...IDIOT, my buyer keep changing size without informing me... 4) Bracing Pipe Feedback from 3PL...balance to receive from one more stockyard... 5) Consolidation of pipes to one 3PL...task to be done by end of this mth...SHOOT! 6) Stock take of Bracing pipes this coming Sat and Sun...damn burn my weekend 7) Outstanding list...Need to clear the 14000pcs down to few hundred.. 8) Daily outstanding informed by other team leader... . . . . . and the list just keep growing.... seriously help help...help help...my BRAIN IS TICKING waiting to explode.... ARGH!@@@#@@#@!@#@# woah thanks for listening to my crappy rant... wanna go and kill myself with chocolate now.... lol ...  |
